QDD Research respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

When you subscribe or create an account, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; QDD Research never sees or stores your full payment details.

How we use it

We use your information to manage your subscription, give you access to subscriber content, send you login links and the monthly Quant Picks alerts, and send important notices about your account or our service. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your payment information under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: one keeps you logged in, and two tell the pages whether you are logged in and subscribed. The site also stores, in your browser only, the list of reports you opened this month, to apply the free-report limit. We do not use advertising cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or disclose your information to third parties, except to our service providers (Stripe for payments, Hostinger for hosting and email) for the purposes above, when required by law, or with your explicit consent.

Security

All pages are served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we apply standard measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, misuse or alteration.

Your rights

You can see your account status at any time under My account. To access, correct or delete your information, contact us at sales@qddresearch.com.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always posted on this page.
