"Client", "You" and "Your" refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting these terms. "QDD Research", "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to our company. These terms apply together with our Confidentiality policy.

No investment advice

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice, or as a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security. It is not tailored to the objectives, financial situation or needs of any particular investor. QDD Research is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer. Consult a qualified professional advisor before making any investment decision.

Data and accuracy

Financial data on this website is delayed and comes from third-party sources we believe to be reliable. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of this data, or of the ratings, analyses and portfolios derived from it. Verify any information before acting on it. Past performance, including backtested or simulated results, is not indicative of future results.

Your responsibility

By using this website, you take full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of the information it contains. QDD Research is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from decisions made on the basis of this information.

Subscription and billing

• The subscription gives unlimited access to the reports, ratings and Quant Picks for the price shown on the subscription page, currently 19.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes.
• New subscribers may receive a free trial, once per person. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically and your card is charged on the last day of the trial.
• The subscription renews automatically each month, and your card is charged on each renewal date until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time under My account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except where required by law.
• We may change the price of the subscription. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you may cancel before then.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. QDD Research does not store your payment details.

Your account

Your account and subscription are personal. You may not share your login links or access with other people. We may suspend or close an account that is shared, used to extract content in bulk, or used in breach of these terms.

Use of the content

All content on this website, including ratings, rankings, portfolios, reports, text and charts, is the property of QDD Research or its data providers. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, resell, or extract the content by automated means (scraping, bots), in whole or in part, without our written permission. You may not use any data from this website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Availability

We aim to keep the website and the daily updates available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Updates may be delayed or interrupted, for instance when a data provider is unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QDD Research is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this website or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
